After a couple of months on hiatus, I’m back for a review of the Lovehoney Desire Luxury Prostate Massager. In the past, I’ve reviewed several different brands of prostate massagers with each one having a different design or vibrator that piqued my curiosity. As I was looking through items to review, the Lovehoney Desire Prostate Massager screamed out at me that it wanted to be up my ass so, how could I resist?
As with all toys that are going to be inserted into the body, silicone is the only way to go. This prostate massager is constructed of silicone that is very smooth and seamless.
The dimensions are base diameter 4.75”, circumference 4”, insertible length 3.75”, overall length 4.6”. This is a very comfortable toy as far as size goes so, beginners are welcome.
The vibrator is internal to the massager which is very cool because all positions are possible without the controls getting in the way, unlike some others that have a bullet vibe sticking out ¼ inch or more. Whether you lie flat, on your side or, prefer sitting upright the Lovehoney Desire Prostate Massager accommodates it all. It has 8 modes of vibration and 12 speed settings but what truly separates this from the competition is the remote control.
It’s USB rechargeable and fully charges in 120 minutes. Lovehoney says the charge lasts for 60 minutes but I used it for 5 sessions and it was still rocking HARD. I finally did throw it on the charger just in case.
Armed with plenty of water-based lube, the first insertion was very easy and comfortable. The only thing that took some work was getting the right angle but that’s to be expected with any toy. This prostate massager fits snugly and the base design holds it firmly between the cheeks and against the perineum. This massager hit my prostate immediately. I hadn’t even gotten comfortable or started squeezing and pre-cum was already flowing. It felt like it was custom-made for my body.
The part that I was looking forward to most was the remote control. It was a joy to be able to lie back and switch to different patterns and intensities without getting lube all over the place. The remote is very user-friendly and the buttons are spaced out and big enough that navigation is a breeze.
I was blown away by not only the vibrations but their placement. This prostate massager has a vibrator in the insertible portion as well as the base. This is the game changer. Having my prostate, asshole, perineum and my balls stimulated from one toy was amazing! That’s right, I said it. Having those places stimulated feels amazing!
The low setting gives a smooth light rumble but on high, it is very intense and made me go numb after a few minutes. The different patterns have something for everybody. You can have both vibes on steady to alternating between the tip and base. The patterns are very difficult to describe but take my word for it, you will want to experiment with them all.
I found that the middle vibration settings are the best for me. I usually go for steady vibrations but the Desire Prostate Massager made me rethink this stand. My favorite is the mode that alternates from the tip to the base. The timing of squeezing and relaxing with this rhythm brought me the most pleasure.
When it comes to the noise level, I will say this massager is loud. If you’re trying to be discreet, crank the TV or radio.
As far as clean-up goes, you’ll spend more time cleaning the cum and lube off of yourself than the massager. Just use some antibacterial soap and water and you’re good. It is fully waterproof so, don’t be afraid to hold it under the facet. The remote on the other hand, is splash-proof only so, I recommend some antibacterial wipes.
A nice hard-sided case is included. It can be locked but lock not included.
This is hands down the BEST prostate toy that I’ve ever used. As the saying goes, “You get what you pay for.” and the Lovehoney Desire Luxury USB Rechargeable Remote Control Prostate Massager1 is exactly that.
It’s pricey compared to others but the quality of the toy makes it worth every cent. I felt as though my prostate play reached a peak and I would never be able to get those crazy, multiple hands-free orgasms but this massager has me feeling differently. I’ve used this toy about a dozen times before writing this review and I feel like I’m progressing towards the multiple prostate orgasms that many of us strive for.
